And I can’t really talk about it on oppo because too many people know me. I probably shouldn’t even post this. Whatever.
Post muscle to make me feel better

I’m not a fan of the sexist part of car culture. Never really understood the appeal of “attractive women posed next to a car”. Especially never been a fan of the “lol wut car huehuehuehuehuehue” comments

Jack Baruth’s favourite muscle car.

If I got paid to pose next to a car I wouldn’t mind, but I doubt any woman would want to see that.
But to view it as sexist it depends on the individuals view, I don’t see that as sexist, yes they’re female, yes they’re attractive, but it’s not near the level of Max power in the 90's
Just enjoy the muscle ;P

Perhaps the act of taking the picture isn’t sexist, but it creates a sexist environment by implying that the only “use” for women in automotive culture is to stand next to a car and look purty.

Hang in there. This year has been brutal on all fronts for me so I know the feeling.
Muscle wagon cause Oppo.

I’m pretty sure we all know that’s not true. And I’d like to think that everyone I know in the automotive community knows that women are just as mechanically minded as men if not more so.

I regret that I have but one star to give.

I think you’re being a little optimistic there...
I suspect neither of us can really say much on the matter since we aren’t women.

I’m surprised there aren’t more successful female drivers. I’m convinced the less linear human female brain should be better at piloting machinery over unpredictable terrain at high speed. With the proper physical training and modern equipment there really shouldn’t be any physical downsides. Better control in the wet, better late braking skill, more finesse on non-paved surfaces like with rally or offroad contests.
